Events

People sit in the park enjoying live music With more than 400 events per year, there is something for everyone at Discovery Green! Most events are free and open to the public.

You are welcome to bring picnics, lawn chairs, blankets and even your dogs. There may be events at the park that have licensed space and may have different rules. See the specific event listing.

Please note that outside alcohol, glass containers, tables and pop up tents are prohibited. Food, beer & wine are available for purchase at The Lake House Cafe.

Discovery Green is an outdoor facility so some events may be affected by the weather. Performers, times, dates and other schedule changes may occur. Visit our Event Weather Update page or call 713-400-7336, press option #1.
