IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Check in time: 6:45 – 8:15 pm
Contest: 7 – 9 pm
Winners announced: 9:30 pm
Contestants must check in by 8:15 pm. No exceptions as we have a tight schedule. Once checked in, participants will receive a number. Judges will use this number to record the scores. Please do not lose it!
All entrants will have a chance to parade across the stage when their name and number are announced. Once checked in contestants will wait in line until the stage manager directs them onstage. Contestants are asked to go directly to the “X” on the stage and then stop at the judges table before making their way off the stage (follow taped arrows on stage floor).
Winners do not need to be present to win.
Remember: Costumes must be family friendly.
