Vodi’s music sounds like indie folk meets Fleetwood Mac. The band, led by married couple Haley and Tom Lynch, consists of a who’s who of the Houston music scene.
Feel good about supporting local artisans and small business owners! Flea by Night is an open-air market with treasures waiting to be discovered including vintage, handmade, recycled and repurposed local goods. While you shop enjoy a snack from the food trucks and great live music from Houston bands. The Flea is open from 6 – 10 pm and the bands perform from 7 – 9 pm. Vodi performs in September, Nick Gaitan in October and Accordion Society in November.

Grace Event Lawn
The Grace Event Lawn is located on the south side of Discovery Green, adjacent to the Wortham Foundation Gardens, The Grove restaurant, and Maconda’s Grove. At about one quarter of an acre and surrounded primarily by trees and gardens, the Grace Event Lawn is an ideal space for a medium-sized event. The Lawn is also adjacent to the Transier Bandstand, which can accommodate speakers, a small band, or a DJ.
