Pure Barre is a full-body workout focused on core strength, joint stability, and muscle toning with isolation. Join instructor Heather McManama for a low-impact based class with options to LEVEL UP! Bring your yoga mat, sticky socks or sneakers, optional hand weights or wrap weights, water, and a sweat towel!
