The Little BIPOC Book Fest invites children ages 3-10 to explore diverse books featuring Black, Indigenous, People of Color experiences. This celebration offers a unique Storybook Opera performance, readings from local authors, arts and crafts, free books and lots of fun!

10:30 am: Storybook Opera Performance: Lula the Mighty Griot
11:05 am: Reading by Saadia Faruqi author of “Yasmin” series
11:45 am: Reading in Spanish by Erika Said author of “El cumpleaños de mi hermana Dulce” and Lauren Harris, author of “The Gifts We Leave Behind” reading in English.
12:45 pm: Reading by Jasminne Mendez, author of “Aniana Del Mar Jumps In”
1:15 pm: Reading by Varsha Bajaj, author of “Thirst” a New York Times Bestseller
