Discovery Green is celebrating Houston men with a special Men’s Health Awareness class taught by Nosa Edebor (@nosieyogis) – a yoga teacher and acrobat. Edebor has traveled the world sharing his passion for movement and is a regular instructor at Black Swan Yoga. He will be teaching an hour-long class filled with stretching, movement, non-weight strength training and mindfulness.
